Phantom Night~ The full moon rose above me as I cnatered through the meadows and forests. Mist curled at the ground, making it hard for all horses to see. I canter into the meadow, my neck arched and collected gracefully, my tail raised, floating on the wind. I slow to a trot, then walk, then stop, and look around me. I whickered once to anyone who could hear me as I raise my head high and look at the full moon.

FeatherWood~ I canter slowly and happily through the forests, loving the freedom and joy of running. The full moon shone between the leaves of the trees, casting its light for me to see. Mist swirled around my hooves and up my body, encasing me in cooling mist. I tossed my head in joy, knowing I would not trip or anything, as I knew every rock, trail, root, and tree and such in my path here. As I cantered out of the forest, I saw the stallion, his neck arched, his tail raised and flowing in the wind. He, like I, seemed to blend in with the misty area and I stopped, watching him. I heard his call and walked tentively out to meet him.

Phantom Night~ I hear the mare's footsteps and turn to meet her. The white mare emerged from the mist and into my eyesight and I whickered a greeting. I toss my head high as I look her over, then trot to meet her. "Hello," I say, smiling. "My name is Phantom Night, and you are?" I ask softly. I reach out my nose to her in a way of friendly greeting.

FeatherWood~ I smile back and step away from the trees of my home and meet him, stretching my nose out to him. "Hello, Phantom Night" I say, "My name is FeatherWood." I smile at him.

Phantom Night~ I smile again. "Hello, FeatherWood. You have a beautiful name," I say. "And what brings you here?" I ask, looking at her.

FeatherWood~ I smile. "Just wandering around, and aI heard your call. So what brings you here?" I ask. the mist swirls around me, obscuring all the way up to my back, and I laugh. "I'm the bodyless horse!" I say, grinning.

Phantom Night~ I smile back. "Just looking for a mate," I say, thinking how beautiful she was.

FeatherWood~ I see him look at me and become selfconcious, wondering how bad I must look compared to him. "What?" I ask shyly.

Phantom Night~ I smile at her. "Nothing really, just thinking how beautiful you are." I smile happily at her.

FeatherWood~ I look a little startled at first, then smile. "Yes, I would love too," I say happily, nuzzling his neck.
